The SCG 100 offers high quality and flexible grinding of spherical and aspherical optics. Compact and attractively priced, the SCG 100 can be configured to meet a user’s specific production requirements.
Mounted on a rigid cast-iron base, the optimized kinematics of the SCG 100 minimizes mid-spatial frequencies caused by vibration in the grinding process. Integrated process controls ensure stable and repeatable grinding from part to part. An intuitive user interface and touch-screen controls make iteasy to setup or change jobs on the SCG 100.
