® Cementing is the ultimate solution for the automated lens alignment and cementing process of doublets/triplets. It boosts the productivity by reducing the cycle time and by significantly increasing the yield of your doublet production. The lenses are either aligned on an arbor with the arbor axis as reference or aligned to each other with the optical axis of the lower lens as reference axis.
