The 976nm wavelength-stabilized diode laser from PhotonTec Berlin GmbH emits 100W through a 105µm core, NA0.22 fiber. Utilizing volume grating, the emitting wavelength is stabilized at 976nm and insensitive to operating temperature and current. The diode comes with a hermetically sealed package with builty-in thermistor and photodiode. The diode and package are rigorously tested and validated to ensure long lifetime and long term reliability. It is an ideal pumping source for fiber lasers and amplifiers. PhotonTec Berlin GmbH is now able to provide wavelength stabilized diode lasers at 785nm, 808nm, 976nm and 981nm.
