Integrated Optics UAB has introduced the MatchBox2 series of ultracompact CW laser sources for spectroscopy, sorting and illumination.
The lasers have a size of 30 × 50 × 18 mm, and can communicate with multiple lasers using single serial bus and unique laser IDs, allowing laser systems with multiple sources and a single control interface. The series offers more than 25 wavelengths with both single-longitudinal and nonsingle-longitudinal modes. Free-space, multimode, single-mode and polarization-maintaining fiber outputs are available.
With an extended operational temperature range, a new serial universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter interface and laser control software, the OEM-dedicated laser sources meet the requirements of Raman spectroscopy, holography and modern microscopy.
