In vivo imaging
Cambridge Research & Instrumentation Inc. has introduced an in vivo imaging system for live mice. The CRi Maestro EX system provides high sensitivity, autofluorescence removal from images and increased throughput with multiplexing capabilities. It uses proprietary and patented Flex technology, enabling broad- or narrow-bandwidth (±10 to 20 nm) imaging. The system can acquire multispectral images in seconds, and it images fluorophores that emit beyond 500 nm.
