Athermal Fixed Focal Length Assemblies

Photonics MarketplaceISP Optics Thermal ImagingISP Optics is expanding and demonstrating its LWIR Imaging Athermal Fixed Focal Length Assemblies. These Fixed Focal Length Lenses are designed for uncooled IR detectors and for a single angular field of view, with focal lengths ranging from 19 mm to 60 mm. These lens assemblies are designed to be robust and light-weight (as low as 48 grams) for gimbal systems on UAV platforms.

Our athermal lenses’ operating temperature range is -40°C to 80°C. These lenses are designed to maintain focus over a wide range of temperature that simulates a typical UAV flight environment. This feature makes these lenses ideal for gimbal systems on UAV platforms. ISP Optics’ 60mmFL, F#/1.2 lens assembly is designed for the new Epsilon 135 gimbals introduced by UAV Factory.

ISP Optics’ standard IR Athermal Fixed Focal Length Lenses range in focal length from 19mm to 60mm. The lenses have compact sizes, light weight, and compatibility with various detector formats and pitch.

In addition to the off-the-shelf Athermal Fixed Focal Length Assemblies, ISP Optics offers customized Fixed Focal Length IR lens solutions, built-to-spec for your project environment.
