Nov 2012NORTH SUTTON, N.H., Nov. 2, 2012 — Two longtime employees with more than 20 years of combined experience at Labsphere Inc. have been promoted to new positions, the test and measurement company announced Thursday.
Richard Corbyn — a 13-year veteran of Labsphere, a Halma company — is the new director of standard products and services. He will steer the company’s reflectance standards and integrating spheres product line. He was previously the director of corporate quality and of international sales and business development.
Seven-year Labsphere veteran Vikrant Mahajan has been named global product manager of LED and solid-state lighting. Most recently he served as product manager for the company’s UV-2000S UVA/UVB sunscreen analyzer, as well as business development manager for South Asia — a role he will continue in, along with his new LED responsibilities.
