Eldim's new OPTIscope SA line integrates full response time measurement tools, flicker measurements and an accurate luminance meter. The new design improves the OPTIScope SA performance and versatility, the company said, and simply requires connecting it to an USB 2.0 port to generate  measurements, with no need for an extra acquisition card.

The accompanying software delivers acquisitions and analysis then exports results and extracts timing data signatures. Screen integrators and face-plate manufacturers can use the OPTIScope for overdrive and underdrive settings, grey-to-grey response time analysis and flicker measurements.
