Microscopy & Microanalysis 2016

The exhibit floor will showcase the latest state-of-the-art microscopy-related equipment. The ever-popular free vendor tutorials will again be available onsite. The meeting will also feature the traditional Sunday Short Courses, Physical Sciences and Biological Sciences Tutorials, as well as two Pre-Meeting Congresses: Exploiting the Diffractive Properties of Electrons for Solving Materials Problems, organized by the Electron Crystallography and Automated Mapping Methods FIG, and Essentials of Atom Probe Tomography, organized by the Atom Probe FIG.
