Phase Holographic Imaging
About this Event
February 18, 2 PM - 5 PM: This event will highlight applications of new time-lapse label-free imaging cytometry, a technology based on quantitative kinetic analysis of phase images of unlabeled cells. Technology developers and expert users will define phase imaging parameters associated with specific biology (mitosis, cell growth and various cell phenotypes) and provide an overview of diverse applications, from monitoring the effects of pharmaceutical compounds on tumor cells in 2D and 3D in vitro models to the use of holographic imaging coupled with machine learning algorithms to accurately detect changes in oncogenic phenotypes of both patient-derived and engineered human melanoma lines with single cell resolution. HoloMonitor M4 platform demonstration and discussions over refreshments and hors-d'oeuvres will follow from 4:30 PM onwards.
