Photon etc. is a Canadian-Quebec company, founded in 2003, specialized in the design and manufacturing of hyperspectral and infrared imaging systems. With applications ranging from geology to material sorting, food processing and more, we are able to easily integrate our products into various industries.

Importer and distributor of photonics components and subsystems for use in instrumentation. Products include photomultiplier tubes, solid-state photodetectors, IR detectors, image sensors, scientific cameras, light sources, and x-ray solutions.

Extensive suite of application-focused instrumentation for life sciences and materials research and production covers the full range of metrology techniques, sample sizes, and imaging resolutions. Technologies include AFMs, NanoIR spectrometers, fluorescence microscopes, stylus and optical profilers, mechanical testers, and nano-indenters.

Design and manufacture of application-specific hyperspectral imaging systems for OEMs and end-users. Product groups: remote sensing, machine vision, optical components (master-quality holographic gratings, and light and compact optical modules with high spatial and spectral resolution). Spectral ranges from UV-VIS and VNIR to NIR and SWIR.

Provides high-performance lenses for demanding video, digital projection, and industrial optics applications offering precision optical design, manufacture, test, and distribution of both standard and custom solutions. Serving the precision industrial market, manufactures photographic and industrial lenses and filters.
