Reynard Corporation manufactures custom optics and thin-film coatings from 0.2 to 50 microns (UV-IR). Other in-house capabilities include diamond turning, optical fabrication, photolithography pattern optics, environmental testing, and design services. Precision optical glass: strip, blanks, pressings, polished balls, near-UV transmitting i-Line glass, ceramic substrates, CaF2, UV/IR materials, quartz, fused silica (standard/excimer grade), Nanoceram. Ohara CCZ ultralow expansion (excellent CTE uniformity, blank form, to 1.8 m diam). Double-side polished substrates (low surface roughness, excellent flatness).

Manufacturer of custom vacuum-deposited thin-film coatings. Offers ion-assisted deposition, low-temperature, low-stress coatings for laser crystals and fiber optics. Prototype to production quantities. ISO and MIL SPEC compliant.

Produces high-performance optical coatings and components specializing in the design, development, and manufacture of ion-beam sputtered, low optical loss, laser-damage resistant thin films for the UV-VIS-IR spectral region. Applications include lasers, laser devices, nonlinear crystals, medical instruments, and other photonic devices.

Manufactures systems for physical vapor and diamond-like carbon deposition, R&D and production coating of optical components, sensors, and plastics. Provides process development for sputtering, ion-beam sputtering and etching, and ion-assisted evaporation.

PPD provides custom laser optics, assemblies, and IBS coatings for prototype, research, and OEM applications. PPDs precision fabrication, dielectric thin-film coatings, and epoxy-free assembly processes enable total optics solutions. Products include PBS cubes, high power laser mirrors, super-polished lenses, prisms, polarizers, and Brewster windows.
