TAUFKIRCHEN, Germany, Dec. 9, 2014 — FRAMOS has announced the addition of Sony FCB video cameras to its portfolio, offering block cameras from the FCB EH/EV series in high-definition, the FCB EX series in standard definition and the FCB-MA130 miniature camera module.
Block cameras are suited for the safety, monitoring and automation fields, achieving high resolution and light sensitivity in television quality with 40× optical zoom. The EV/EX cameras feature defogging correction for images in foggy or dusty environments; different contrast corrections are employed to obtain optimal imaging. The FCB-MA130 ultracompact zoom camera delivers still images with a 13-MP resolution in full high-definition quality.
Numerous integrated image optimization features and a reduced signal-to-noise ratio ensure color and definition for image capture. Combined with sensitive sensors, the cameras can record small details for areas such as biometric identification or 3-D modeling.
