The model 880D laser diode driver from Analog Modules Inc. provides CW or quasi-CW output currents. In quasi-CW mode, 200-µs pulses with rise times of less than 50 µs are achievable. The device may be configured with up to three internal power modules to deliver CW current up to 150 A at 6 kW, and for either positive or negative output. It can drive loads up to 200 V.
