Laserline GmbH's DioScan diode laser scanner systems produce up to 1000 W and integrate into any production line for fast processing and increased productivity. The systems process complex weld seam contours without moving the laser head or the parts to be welded. The weld contour is heated simultaneously by passing the beam at a high repetition rate, eliminating inner strains and protecting housed electronic parts. The scanners, which can perform 3-D welding, are used in the automotive supplier industry for sensor housings, casings, hydraulic components and fluid containers.
