For specific radiometric and photometric applications requiring multiple detections and monitoring capabilities, Gigahertz-Optik Inc. offers a PC-controlled optometer that is capable of adding from two up to 36 light detectors. Gigahertz-Optik.jpg

The P-9802 optometer delivers fully automated data processing and remote control operation via PC through its RS232 interface. The company’s OS-P9802 software is also offered to provide read-out data and transfer to spreadsheet programs. For self-programmers, a command list is included in the manual.

It operates in CW and dose modes. Additional features include adjustable processing time from 20 ms to 4 s and a signal measurement range from 0.1 pA to 200 µA.

It is compatible with the company’s radiometric, photometric and integrating sphere-based light detectors.
