Bruker Corp. has announced its new Contour Elite 3-D optical microscopes, fully integrating high-definition microscopy imaging with 3-D optical metrology functionality.
The microscopes acquire quantitative measurements with high-density sampling and add the imaging and display advantages commonly associated with confocal microscopy.
High-throughput subnanometer vertical resolution metrology and enhanced imaging capability make the microscopes suitable for applications in precision machining, microelectronics, optical components and medical devices, among others.
