The DFWS-77 digital imaging station from Sony Electronics Inc. controls multiple IEEE-1394-compliant and compatible images on PC or video monitors, stores images on local media or a network, prints them to a local printer and allows users to share images via e-mail or remotely over the Internet. The system's three IEEE-1394 connectors can support up to three cameras at once without a hub. Embedded software provides control of camera functions including gain, asynchronous shutter, exposure, trigger and color saturation, partial scanning, still image capture and electronic pan/tilt.
