Request InfoAlpine Research OpticsAlpine Research Optics has announced a series of CaF2 optics for use in 157-nm laser-based applications, such as microlithography and micromachining. The optics line includes spherical and cylindrical lenses, and flat windows. All of the optics use an antireflection coating that delivers reflectivity of less than 0.5% per surface. The lenses and windows are offered with a radius of curvature between 0.05 and 10 m. The cylindrical lenses can be produced in lengths up to 75 mm, while the spherical lenses and windows are available in diameters up to 75 mm.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra April 2024 IssueMiniature Lidar SystemThe Eyeonic™ Vision System Mini from SiLC Technologies is a miniature lidar system meant for applications in automation, including warehouse logistics and AI machine vision.
