The compact benchtop system has a twin-column, Z-axis design and an embedded computer. It offers an X-Y-Z measurement range of 200 x 200 x 150 mm and joystick control of DC servomotors for stage motion and zoom adjustment. The illumination system includes a profile light, a computer-controlled SmartRing light, a fiber optic ringlight and a through-the-lens coaxial surface illuminator.
