Request InfoAdvanced PhotonixAdvanced Photonix Inc. has released a series of silicon PIN photodiodes designed for monitoring the output power of short-wavelength semiconductor lasers. They are typically supplied as a bare die soldered to a ceramic block and have a 0.7 X 1.0- mm active area for simplified optical alignment. Their ceramic mount is metallized on both ends, allowing the detector to be soldered to the same substrate as the source laser. The detectors are available in custom configurations and packages and can be produced in monolithic arrays.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSVision-Spectra.com April 2023 Issue3D Profile SensorsZ-Trak™ LP2C 3D profile sensors from Teledyne DALSA are designed for in-line 3D measurement and inspection applications.
