Edmund Industrial Optics' expanded line of LED illumination products includes diffuse lights, diffuse axial lights, ringlights, spotlights, line lights and backlighting and dark-field illumination devices. Lights are available with 660-nm (red), 880-nm (near-IR), white or RGB illumination. The diffuse lights provide projected edge-to-edge light distribution of ±5%, and the diffuse axial lights offer ±8% across the entire aperture for inspecting highly reflective optics. Ringlights and spotlights feature projected light distribution of ±5% and ±10%, respectively, edge to edge. Line lights produce a 3-in.-long and 1/4-in.-wide white line with a standoff distance of 1 in. and a light distribution of ±5% over the illuminated area.
