OmniLED LMS System Labsphere's new OmniLED LMS system for LED measurement enables users to measure LEDs farther upstream in the production process and provides greater accuracy in the lab.

The OmniLED LMS system was designed to address LED measurement problems, including repeatability, speed of testing and precision measurement of flux or intensity per CIE recommendations. Measurement can now be accomplished using the same system from wafer level device up to complete LED assembly. The OmniLED product eliminates variability induced by different hardware and, for the first time, enables users to measure flux at the wafer level.

The OmniLED LMS system combines a radiometer, a spectrograph and a selection of optical heads to achieve the desired measurements. Powerful OmniCalc software links them together to work as a stand-alone unit or as part of an online production measurement system.
