The H9170-45/H9170-75 PMT modules are extremely well-suited for photoluminescence, singlet oxygen measurement, Raman spec-troscopy, cathodoluminescence, fluorescence and lidar applications. The H9170-45 covers the 950- to 1400-nm wavelength range and achieves peak sensitivity of 5 mA/W at 1300 nm, while the H9170-75 covers up to 1700 nm, achieving peak sensitivity of 3.5 mA/W at 1500 nm.
