The company's capabilities include design support for DFB devices and DFB process development, such as holographic and e-beam grating definition, induction-coupled plasma dry-etched gratings, wet-etched gratings, grating overgrowth, ridged-waveguide and buried-heterostructure devices, and process technologies for operation from 2.5 to 10 Gb/s.
