The device features low-power continuous-wave diode lasers and cavity ringdown spectroscopy for measuring moisture in electronic gases, including corrosives, down to 1 ppb. The company says the diode lasers provide exact, noninvasive detection of contaminants in <1 s. Suitable for online process control, the analyzer does not require calibration and is resistant to corrosion.
