EFD Inc. has announced multiaxis systems for dispensing adhesives and sealants in gasketing, molding and sealing applications. The tabletop systems are three- or four-dimensional instruments that program dots, arcs, stripes, compound arcs and patterns on different planes. They include working envelopes from 200 x 200 to 510 x 510 mm. The teaching pendant features a large backlit LCD with seven text lines that enables the user to view program and point parameters. The systems incorporate a user interface and programming software. Windows-based software also is available.
