The expanded full-service replication facility operated by Holographix LLC provides volume manufacturing of replicated components and subassemblies. The company designs and manufactures surface-relief gratings, microstructures, mirrors and lenses from plano to aspheric, and hybrid optics such as aspheric diffractives. The replicas can be produced on user-defined substrates or as freestanding membranes from 0.001 to 0.010 in. thick, and mounting features can be added. Substrate materials include glass, plastic and metal. The components are resistant to harsh environments, including temperatures of >200 °C, solvents and high optical power densities.
