Master Bond Inc. has developed an optically clear, room-temperature curing, two-component urethane elastomer for bonding, sealing, coating, potting and encapsulation applications. The EP30D-14 has a 1:1 mix ratio by weight and can be used over the temperature range from 260 to +250 °F. The substance is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or dilutants. It can adhere to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubber and plastics, and cures with minimal shrinkage.
