The nine-stage side-on device, which covers the 115- to 230-nm range, includes a sensitive solar-blind photocathode that delivers typical radiant sensitivity of 50 mA/W and 40% quantum efficiency at 155 nm. Other specifications include 0.5-nA anode dark current, anode pulse rise time of 2.2 ns and 22-ns electron transit time.
