The modules offer circular beam shape combined with low beam divergence, ultrastable power output (< 1%) and wavelength (<0.1nm) over a wide temperature band (0 +50degC) and exceptional axis stability and alignment. HQML laser diode modules come in a wide variety of wavelengths: Wavelength Power output 405nm 3mW, 25mW 635nm 1mW - 25mW 650nm 1mW - 35mW 670nm - 690nm 1mW - 20mW 730nm - 740nm 1mW - 7mW 750nm - 760nm 1mW - 20mW 780nm 1mW - 100mW 790nm - 820nm 1mW - 70mW 830nm - 850nm 1mW - 120mW 860nm - 1070nm 1mW - 70mW 1200nm - 1290nm 1mW - 15mW 1300nm - 1330nm 1mW - 30mW 1340nm - 1460nm 1mW - 15mW 1460nm - 1580nm 1mW - 70mW 1590nm - 1690nm 1mW - 15mW Optical signal can be modulated through integrated port up to 1 MHZ digital and 20 KHz analogue. Laser diode wavelength is tuneable within 6 nm range.
