Kentech Instruments Ltd. has added the HMP2 to its line of
subnanosecond kilovolt pulse generators. Each of the two ultrafast
pulse outputs has an amplitude of >4 kV. The waveform is a fast
rising edge with a 10 to 90% rise time of <100 ps and a slower
exponential decay. The trigger- to-pulse out-timing jitter is <10 ps
rms, and the timing jitter between the two outputs is <10 ps peak to
peak. Repetition rate is 1 kHz.
