The Fiber Lab 1600 is a portable test facility for anyone designing, developing, manufacturing or using fiber optic products and systems. Available from M2 Optics Inc., the tabletop unit can be used in a lab, manufacturing facility, central office, or head-end or hub site. The package houses a spool of fiber with both ends terminated on the front panel with a variety of connectors and panel mount adapters. Each Fiber Lab canister can be connected in series via short patch cords to the company's 800 and 3200 products to suit the application.
