Active Silicon Ltd. has enhanced its line of Phoenix Camera Link digital frame grabbers with the PHX-D48CL-CPCI64-6U, a ruggedized 6U board developed for the CompactPCI bus and for use in industrial environments. It supports the 64-bit, 66-MHz bus and captures up to 533 MB/s. It accepts inputs from one or two base cameras or from one medium camera, supporting two asynchronous base cameras in the two-camera input model. Multitap and multichannel formats, including line and pixel interleaved, also are supported. Onboard features include TTL, LVDS and opto-isolated input/output. The software developer's kit includes Bayer image decoding, sequence capture and storage functionality. All major operating systems are supported.
