Made from UV-grade fused silica, the filters are 3 mm thick and 25 mm in diameter. They offer surface quality of 20-10, wavefront distortion of l/10 and an 80% clear aperture. They provide a sharp transition from transmission to reflection, as measured by their 3% slope factor.
