EPOXY ADHESIVE EP65HT-1 is an ultrafast-curing, high-temperature-resistant epoxy adhesive developed by Master Bond Inc. that bonds well to metals, glass, ceramics, woods, vulcanized rubber and most plastics. It sets in 3 to 5 min, and full cure occurs within a few hours, with shear strengths approaching 3000 psi. Operating temperature is from 260 to 400 °F, Shore D hardness is >75, dielectric constant is 3.9 at 75 °F, and the mix ratio is 10:1 by weight.
