National Instruments' version 7.2 NI-DAQmx measurement services software offers plug-and-play transducer electronic data sheets that eliminate manual data entry and that simplify sensor configuration for data acquisition hardware. It extends to real-time control applications in LabView. Engineers can build test-and-control systems with up to 1-megasamples-per-second of waveform output, 80-MHz counter/timer operations, 5-megasamples-per-second simultaneous sampling analog input and 24-bit-resolution dynamic signal acquisition with 100-dB dynamic range.
