FTIR, RAMAN SYSTEM

InPhotonics Inc. and Remspec Corp. have announced a dual FTIR and Raman reaction-monitoring system. Remspec's RamIR real-time, 3-D reaction-monitoring software simultaneously controls Remspec's ReactionView dedicated fiber optic FTIR spectrometer system and InPhotonics' Verax fiber optic Raman spectrometer. Multiple trend lines can be plotted for analysis during and after data acquisition. ReactionView is available with a variety of mid-IR fiber optic probes, as is Verax, which includes a 785-nm excitation source. The two systems are controlled via a single desktop or laptop PC.
