It offers peak pulse power of >100 kW for efficient harmonic generation, and provides energy of up to ~120 µJ per pulse at 1064 nm, 50 µJ per pulse at 532 nm, 25 µJ per pulse at 355 nm and 15 µJ per pulse at 266 nm.
