With stock availability in popular 766-, 780-, 795-, 852-, 895-, 935- and 1360-nm wavelengths, the diodes achieve an output of up to 100 mW in the NIR spectral range. They incorporate low-noise driving electronics, and have a linewidth of 2 to 4 MHz and tuning rates of up to 1 to 2 GHz/mA and 25 GHz/°C.
