Providing full 3-D surface and wavefront maps, and radius of curvature of lenses and lens systems, PTI 250 interferometers from Zygo Corp. are suitable for process control in high-volume production environments and R&D labs. Features include a 25-mm aperture, a live fringe-alignment system, manual aperture focus, a temperature-stabilized laser, and a manual Z-stage with 300- and 30-mm coarse and fine adjustment, respectively. They are available on a vertical test stand or in horizontal or upward configurations, as well as with upgradable features and accessories. The interferometers are available with the company's MetroPro graphical user interface for research and quality control, or with a local language GUI.
