It has 16-MB DRAM and 2-MB flash Eprom for program and data storage, and it acquires full-frame 640 × 480 pixels at 32 fps. User interface commands can be executed in parallel without stopping the inspection process, and exposure and readout also are in parallel. Video is output to a PC via a 100-Mb Ethernet interface.
