Pinpoint Laser Systems has introduced the Laser Microgage alignment kit for use in factories and manufacturing facilities. The kit features the 90-Line laser-squaring attachment for checking machine beds, vertical cutting machinery, roll parallelism and geometric parameters. The laser beam enters the attachment through a port in the front and exits a side port at 90° to the incoming beam. The 90-Line can create multiple references and is suitable for checking the parallelism of slides, rails, machine tracks, rollers and shafts. It has a locking mechanism for preset positions and a friction lock to hold the beam in place.
