Glass wafers are available in soda lime, BK 7, borosilicate glasses such as 7059 and Pyrex, and quartz. Surface finishes to 10/5 are available. Ceramic wafers come with 99.6% and 96% alumina and aluminum nitride scratch-free finishes to 0.3 µin.
