LASER LINE FILTERS Semrock Inc. has announced 325- and 441.6-nm laser line filters and 441.6-nm deep-notch filters for use with HeCd lasers. The 325-nm MaxLine filter achieves >65% peak transmission at the laser line and rolls off to an optical density of >5 at wavelengths that differ by only 1% from the laser wavelength. The MaxLine 441.6-nm filter achieves >90% peak transmission, and the deep-blocking StopLine notch filter has an outer diameter of >6 attenuation of the 441.6-nm line. The filters are made with hard-coating technology and without adhesives in the optical path.
