It sets within 5 to 10 min at room temperature and cures in 8 to 12 h. Electrical conductivity is first detectable within 30 to 60 min. Volume resistivity is 10−3 Ω cm, and operating temperature ranges from 4 K to 125 °C. The epoxy adheres well to metals, glass, ceramics, vulcanized rubber and most plastics, and bonds are resistant to thermal cycling and chemicals.
