The optical single- stripe power starts at 50 mW single-mode and goes up to 4 W multimode. They come in a 9-mm package for powers up to 2 W, and three standard packages of type TO-3, butterfly and open C-mount. As an option, all laser diodes are available with built-in microlenses, TE cooling and a thermistor.
