HEAT REMOVAL A low-profile chiller that provides cooling for devices requiring deionized or high-dielectric coolants has been introduced by PolyScience. The Durachill DCA180 maintains process temperatures from 5 to 35 °C, providing up to 6000 W of cooling at 30 °C ambient. Standard features include one-touch temperature control, digital pressure/flow readout, and analog/serial output capability. Options include deionized water-compatible wetted parts, conductivity control and display, ambient tracking, and a choice of centrifugal or turbine pump. Measuring 67.3 × 68.6 × 106.7 cm, the device fits conveniently under most workbenches.
