JAI Pulnix Inc.’s TM-4100GE is a dual-tap AccuPixel machine vision camera that produces 4.2-megapixel resolution. Its Kodak KAI-4021 imager achieves full 2048 × 2048 resolution at 15 fps. Charge conversion of 32 μV per photon enhances light sensitivity, and partial scanning enables up to 80 fps at reduced vertical resolution. Video can be transmitted up to 100 m via standard Cat5E cables. Features include a Gigabit Ethernet interface, full asynchronous reset with electronic shutter up to 1/16,000 s and a look-up table that provides fast 10- to 8-bit preprocessing. An integrated graphical user interface provides serial control of all functions.
