A monolithically integrated grating defines a 976-nm wavelength that is stable against changes in temperature and drive current, and the lasers do not require any cooling or external components to maintain wavelength. The AM6-976CW-20-201 is a 2-W diode in a six-pin uncooled package coupled with 105-μm, 0.15-NA fiber. The AMQ-976CW-02-251 is a 2.5-W chip-on-carrier version.
